Regional Study Centre Directors’ meeting

During a productive meeting in Milan, three new RSCDs were introduced: Emiro Marcoz for Valle d’Aosta; Marta Villa for Trentino-Alto Adige; and Elisabetta Barbolini Ferrari for Emilia. President Paolo Petroni reiterated the importance of RSCDs within the Academy’s publishing activities. The President then displayed the cover and an example page of the new volume currently being prepared, which is dedicated to religious festivals, and specified the annual theme, and therefore the title of this volume of the Food Culture LibraryFries, fritters and frittata in regional culinary tradition. There followed a cordial and interesting debate with suggestions and comments.
