The Academy is increasingly represented in Latin America. Indeed, there is now a new Legation in Fortaleza, north-eastern Brazil, whose territory comprises the federated state of Ceará, including its capital, Fortaleza, and the adjacent state of Piauí. The new team, which already has seven members, is led by Legate Vittorio Ghia, a real-estate and industrial entrepreneur, who is Honorary Italian Consul in Fortaleza since 2018. Our Brazilian Delegates have enthusiastically welcomed this newly founded group.
