The prize honouring the Academician and journalist Gianni Fossati has reached its fifth edition. It is reserved for print journalists (members of the Association of Journalists or Publicists or the Register of Trainee Journalists), external to the Academy, who have promoted and championed Italian cuisine with particular distinction.
Nominations (accompanied by a CV, rationale and articles) must be sent, exclusively by electronic means, to segreteria@accademia1953.it by 30 June 2025.
